My ABA rejected by the Hon'ble Special Judge (under PC Act 1988),Session Court, can prefer a ABA before the Hon'ble High Court, under section 438 of Cr. P.C. , pls send my any draft of ABA in HIGH Court after rejecting ABA

Take the help of an advocate for drafting, I dont think you are going to appear as party in person for getting AB.

There is no need of any draft nor it is available. this is nothing but a copy of already moved application before sessions judge.

i assuming that you should be a layman.,

just appoint an advocate for your case..

even for your kind information., there a.b not allowed in p.c.r cases.. you have to file a direction petition before high court.,

petition for direction to the sessions judge for accept your surrender., on the very same day to consider your bail application also..

You have to apply under 439 crpc and not under 438 crpc.
Engage an good advocate for that.

sab kaam khud hi kijiyega kuch advocates ke liye bhi chodiyega .......

engage a good advocate for bail ...... ABA is just like a dream which never comes true .... ready for atleast 20 days JC ,,,, in lastest case got bail on 22nd day .. and its a miracle... yahan discharge to milta nahi hai ABA kahan se mil jaayegi... PC mai ABA keval SC hi de sakti hai vo bhi tab jab prima facie kuch naa ho ....
