Wat ever format may the agreement be have only consider the following key points that the agreement must have to safeguard Ur interest.
1. arbitration clause(dispute resolution )

2. details of quality and quantity of goods to be supplied(clear)

3. There are no outstanding claims, demands, proceedings or payments in relation to any of the taxes payable by both the parties which affect the completion of the transaction envisaged in this Agreement.
