Doesn't accept resignation letter

Sir / mam
I am pharmacist , i work in a medical shop , i worked in this farm for last 2 years , I had less money left that time for going for higher education. That's why I take this job, now I would like to go for higher studies but the owner does not give me release letter , even the drug office does not helping me , please help i have been facing this problem for last 2 months . Please any person help .🙏

No legal issues are involved in your query. Drug Office is not concerned with this. You request the shop owner to give you an experience certificate for the period you worked, which is sufficient.
