Hi Guys,

My brother is in tough problem as his Wife Files 498 against Him its allready two years now. Case is under PHT(pre Heraing Trial) but from last two hearing Girl & his family delaying they use to attend cort at the end of day bciz of which not happens just got new date.
We were paying said amount of 2k by order of cort to Girl. He don't have any KID.

Pls juide what is the wright time we can we File Divorse.

one more thing i want to mention the marriage is 9 years old my bro get married in
nov 2012.

You can file divorce petition any time.

Thanx Sir and Rajeev, But My lawyer suggest that it will be help full if we can produce Statement of Girl taken during PHT.
