divorce on adultery

Dear all, I would like to ask few querries-1-is audio recording and DNA TEST is considered as a proof in court? We know that our sister in law having affair and through DNA test it is confirmed that the child is not my brother's. We wish to file a divorce
case on adultery basis. And we do not want to give her any maintenance during or after divorce. Please suggest us how we can go for it?

file for divorce on grounds of adultery . rely upon DNA test reports which show that your brother is not the father of the child .

your wife will not be awarded maintenance if you are bale to prove your allegations

You can file divorce case for adultery on the basis of DNA report.

Yes, it is good proof of getting divorce. Ask your brother to file divorce on this ground.

1. Your brother can file a divorce case on the ground of having physical relationship out of the wedlock against his wife based on the said DNA test report of her child,

2. If the above allegation is proved, she will not be allowed any maintenance.
