Divorce

Dear All,

My friend from India is married with a Nepali Girl (both are Hindu )under hindu tradition with consent of both family.

Due to cruel behave of girl my friend wants divorce from that girl but the girl and her family member does't want divorce.

How can my friend apply for divorce.

he can contact local lawyer and file for divorce on grounds mentioned under HMA . if wife contests it would take time to get divorce
