What is the proceedure in divorce case for speedy trial. Pls explain stepwise. Thanking u in anticipation

If you have already filed the divorce petition and it is taking long time then put early hearing application with some good ground or reasons before the court...the court may consider your application and help U to get divorced soon.

Most probably you will not get, even after 10 years!!!

Contested divorce may take long time even after putting application for speedy trial.
Mutual Consent divorce is only solution.

No step wise explanation can be given for speedy trial of divorce. You have to go by the court with the trial of the case, instead if she is agreeing, you may go for MCD.
