Sirs,
The Dist.Forum delivered judgement the Opp.party is directed to pay compensation to the complainant giving 30 days time for compliance. My querries are:
1.What is the time limit for filing Executive Application under Sec.27 of CP Act.if the Opp.party failed to comply.
2. What is the difference between filing u/s.25 and u/s.27 CP Act.Is it necessary that EP u/s.25 should precede EA u/s.27?

Regulation 14(1)(iv) does not provide any limitation period for filing execution.
Under sec. 25 enforcement of orders of forum while Sec. 27 have provision of penalties where a person fails or omits to comply with any orders.
There is no bar under the Act that execution applications can't be simultaneously filed under sec. 25 and sec. 27 of the Act.
