district consumer forum has held that there
was a deficiency of service by a co-op society for not transferring interest & plot as requested by the nominees of the plot. now that the respondents have approached the state forum. like to know if the state forum can pass a verdict on any subject other than deficiency of service. please suggest ways to
counter in national forum if verdict is on
any other matter other than deficiency of service.please also let me know if the respondents (other than the nominees) have to pay court fee for going to national forum & if so how much.

State Commission and National Commission will decide the matter on the grounds/objections taken in memo of appeal.No court fee payable for filing appeal or revision in National Commission.

The State Commission can also pass orders on the other relief's sought by you in your prayer in the complaint.
