Disput on parking space between residents & commercial premises owners

Respected Sir,

In our building, b'coz it is not co-op hsg society as not yet registered official. The builder has full control who has sold parking spaces to the commercial shop owners and residents.

The commercial shop owners are doing DADAGIRI and threatening to the residents on the issue of parking of vehicles. The local police also interferes in the matter but no use.The commercial shop owners are not allowing residents to park their vehicles in the building premises.

We seek your expert advise and guidance on the same.

Legally parking cannot be sold by builder/RWA/ Society.
File declaratory and permanent injunction suit.

Whether commercial activity is duly authorized in the sanctioned plan / otherwise?

Discuss with local lawyer, show him all documents ask him to get appropriate court orders against the sale / dadagiri.
