Discharge after charge framed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have query related my criminal case.
I was board member in local credit society.
I leaved july 2001 then after april 2003 district registrar office registered FIR all board member,loan manager, general manager.
I want to apply for discharge so it is possible in my case?
Here I also attached my case bail judgement in PDF format.

Dear Mr. Patel
if there is any strong evidence in your favour then at the time of arguement of charge you may argue the matter on charge with the help of the lawyer and if the court is not satisfy then after framing charge you may file an application before the trial court for discharge as per your case and provision of Cr.P.C. which is depend on the sections and procedure of your case.

there is another option, you have, which is filing revision petition before the higher court against the order of charge.
