Complaint against exporter

(Querist) 18 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Is there any mechanism or grievance cell to deal with compliants against an exporter in india ? We want to lodge a complaint for bad quality of product, so is there a officer or cell to apply for complaint. How can one get an exporters license cancelled under the All India Exporters chamber ?
