DERGREE AND DIPLOMA AT THE SAME TIME

HELLO SIR! I am persuing my final year of mechanical engineering,i want to do diploma in civil engineerint.My final year of degree is my 1 st yr of diploma. am i elegible to do both the corses at the same time.
Please clearify my doubt as soon as possible last date of diploma councelling is of 27May 2016

Can you sail in two boats at the same time?

Not allowed till rules of University specifically provide for such facility.
