my husband working in malaysia and now he is not sending my dependent visa ,he is not in touch with me for the last 3 months what legal action i can take against my husband

Can U answer some of my questions?
1. When were U married
2. Has he left for Malaysia immediately after marriage?
3. Has the marriage been consumated?
4. What are the reactions of his parents?

Well I am not going to answer the other query.Continuing UR first one,I come to understand that differences have crept in between both of U,and hence he is out of reach for the past three months.
U say U have UR husbands money(what kind of money is it).
If he has deserted U willfully then U can file case for desertion and also claim maintenance.

i married in 2007,for the last 6 yrs iam staying with my husband in malaysia,his brother is nice person but his sister and mother is doing all these things telling to my husband of not sending visa,my marriage registration certificate is with me morever 4 dependentpass r there in my passport
