Demand draft not reached

I sent a demand draft if 20k to fiitjee 3 days back from first flight couriers. They said that it will reach within 24 hours. But three days are gone and they still haven't recieved. I just want to know what procedures should I do. Do reply

U must have got receipt u can take tracking of courier from computer. Delivery may affect by public holiday also. Else complaint to courier
