For a PSU employee,
if the parents are to be dependents on the employee for medical reimbursement,

"The income of parents should not exceed 10,000 per month"

Since it speaks of income per month, whether
Interest earned during the year on FD/savings account and Capital Gain is considered towards calculation of this limit
