Hi i bought a degree from bank. After 28 years of strugling i was finally able to file a execution now during excution the guranter of the property wants to be a party court allowed with a security of 250000 and allowed to contest. As per your experience will he be allowed by the court to buy back the property though he contested alll along saying he never sold his property. The owner never came forward. The guranters claims to be the owner now using a release degree that too after he kept the property to us.
Will he be allowed to reedem the property since he didnt pay for 28 years now. I want to sale the property sick of this contesting

Do the court has power to give him time to pay decreetal amount or do i have the power on timing. Since the guy has no position yo pay my decreetal amount of 20lakhs since he is just a driver he cant do it. Will it be a shortcut to dsale the property
