X has got Decree against Z directing him to execute a Registered Sale Deed in favour of X.
1. If Z dies, whether X can execute the Decree against LR's of Z ?
2. If Y dies, whether LR's of Z can execute the Decree against Z or his LR's ?

Yes. DHr. has right to claim the decree against the LRs of the deceased. If DH dies then his legal heirs also entitled to claim

Yes, DHr has right to execute decree against LRs of the deceased judgement debtor.and in case DHr dies then his legal heirs are also entitled to execute the decree against judgement debtor.

On the death of the Judgement debtor,the decree can be executed againt the legal heris of such judgment debtor by the decree holder. In the same manner,if the decree holder dies also,his legal heirs can seek to execute the decree against the judgement debtor.
