Daughter is having right in property.

Dear Sir,
My client has receive notice of Land Ceiling notice. According to law he can not occupy more then 54 Accer Land. My client is having 4 Daughters.

I would know that daughter is having rights or not. weather my client hold more then 54 accer land or not.

My query is relates to The Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act 1960. According to this act no person can hold more then 54 Accer Land. My client hold more then 150 Accer weather this land goes to government or there is a surviving way? In terms of this my client has four daughter.

Your client did a grave mistake. He might have purchased more than 54 standard acre land in favour of his daughters instead of getting tis registration in his own name.

Better to engage an experienced lawyer dealing in revenue matters. There can be some possibility to save your land.

I know that my client did a grave mistake now we the people are there to resolve it how and when its a matter, he paid to us for resolution only. even though thanks one again.
