Date wrongly typed in sale deed

Hi, last week when I registered my flat in Bangalore, the date on execution on front page was written 2011 instead of 2012. After registration this mistake was found and sub-registrar told that no need to file a rectification deed and asked us to manually change 2011 to 2012, and both party (builder MD and me) signed on the either side and re-uploaded the front page of sale deed again. Is this enough or we must go for rectification deed.

Infact no need of rectification deed, however get the initial of the Sub Registrar on the correction portion.

There is No need of Rectification as it being a typing error.
