sir , simply visit the commisioner or superintentent of ur area , city and your complaint will be forwarded to the address of cyber crime location if any in your city.

You can also lodge a complaint via email in Delhi/ Mumbai.

Rest of the places I don't know.

can i complain of hacking email id.

You write down simple application citing the person with full address against whom complaint is to be lodged and subject matter in short of your complaint and lastly mention your full address, telephone no. and mail id.

You can lodge your complaint against hacking of your mail id.

In any FIR victim should
1]first identify himself by his name fathers name and permanent and present address.
2]place of occurrence ,reason for being there.
3]the identity of accused [just as of victim]name,fathers name,address present and permanent.
4]the act[offence/wrong]committed by accused with date and time AM/PM.
5]seen by witnesses ,name ,fathers name and address permanent and present,the reason for being there.
6]result if any of the occurrence.

prepare a complaint based on your facts. They submit it to the superintendent of police of district. Then you will get relief

Filing of complaint can be by email also. You need not give the complaint in the concerned department, you give it to the district head of Police, it will be forwarded to the respective department.

After filing the complaint, you can check with the police department to which department your complaint was forwarded, based on this you can follow your complaint.
