I have taken admission in mba, joining of which is 1st june. My father has a property dispute with a person, that person has a good political contact, he can use Crpc 156 to file fir and then his political connection for making police report in that case in his favor. Now my father is worried about me because by no reason he can put my name in his fir, and then could arrest me, and can spoil my carrer. i live in UP. Please direct me what i and my father should do.

The FIR will not spoil your career. Cooperate with the police for the quick disposal of the case. Or go for quashing the case in HC.

Unless you give the nature of offence the complaining party quotes and the reason behind the police likely to arrest you without warrant or order of the magistrate, it may not be possible to give you proper reply.
So, please mention about the nature of offence and which type of property dispute of your father is with some one?

Thanks a lot for your valuable advices and comments.
My father meet a lawyer and he said that please give an application to SP regarding the matter that other party may misuse section crpc 156 against you. And then if other party now use crpc 156 then he will try it to convert into court investigation rather than police investigation.

Details of property dispute:
My father bought the property of the person who is immediate neighbor from our shop.He has a shop there and have a home on second floor of this two floor building.We agree to buy this full building in Rs. xxx. and we made a registry of half the shop and give him Rs. xxx/3. and promise him that after two month we will give you full payment and make registry of rest of the property. Now there come some third party to him and says to him to buy the whole property in Rs. 2*xxx, Now my neighbor because of greed saying that he will not sell property to me and want the registry of the 1/3rd portion back.I only have registry of property and not the possession so there is chance to loss. Now he is using all mussel power, political power, and misuse of various crpc section against us to force us to make the registry back to his name.

Now the query is that the other person is trying to make a fraud criminal case against us with strong crpc sections, and trying to send us into police custody so that by force of this whole criminal case he pressurized us to make registry back to his name. So i want to know what i do to stay out of this whole fraud criminal case because i need to go to take admission into mba. Now we dont know what type of criminal case he is trying to establish against us, he only says to me that he would do such a case that i would not be able to join the mba on due date. Now i want to know what i do?
