I am a gov employe group d my take home salary is 17000 marriage is passed 12 years on son age 9+ he is live with me wife is separate last 3 month on her parents house she is file crpc 125 against me I know that the amount have I pay in mainten her

Amount of maintenance generally varies between 1/3 to 1/5th of income of husband.

Maintenance may be 1/5 to 1/3.
