Learned Members:
My matter is coming up for evidence next week. I'm on behalf of the accused. The charges are: Ss. 449, 506 and 323 of the IPC.
Fact is that some altercation and manhandling took place between the accused and the victim who allegedly siphoned off Chit Fund Deposit Money. The company fled and when the "deposited" money was asked to be returned by my client-the accused, the situation took an ugly turn. Please give me a few tips on how to conduct the cross-examination, with questions......

Unless complaint is referred, cannot give any tips. It is necessary to go thru., the complaint, statement of wittnesses and panchans.

as such cross exam is very tricky.
Let highly experienced Lawyer do it.
every second, TIP changes, depends on witness statement, & Don't expect Witness to tell truth..
So Tips don't work..
