Is it necessary to write a will on stamp paper only or one can write it on plan paper also??

Even will written on white paper is valid. When will will be regd., u will have to pay the regn., fees thats all.

Dear experts, I think the will has to be signed by 3 witnesses. Correct me, if iam wrong, please.

Dear friend, The will could be written on the plain paper. Alongwith the executor of the will, at least two witnesses must also sign and have to verify the executor's signature, that the testator/executor signed in their presence. The most convenience way is to get it registered in the office of the sub-registrar.
