Creat partnership firm from 01-04-10 with current dated stamp.

Hello 2 all respecte fellows...

My Client want to convert proprietorship business in Partnership firm from 01-04-2010 but we dont have stamp for making deed...

Q..Can current dated stamp is valid for firm started from 01-04-10..

Yes off course, current dated stamp paper is valid.

But dont shows a perticuler date in the execution of Partnership deed unless registration authorities did not asked clarification in this regard. Becuase they may be asked for bank statements, bussiness details etc from the date of its establishments..So you just execute fresh partnership deed which is commence from the date of execute.

Partneship firm registration is optional but it is advisable to register in the competent authority.

Sorry. I do not agree. If the deed of partnership is from the current date, there may be problem for allowing interest and/or partners' remuneration from the commencement of the financial year.
