If she was filed case of domestic violence than she have right or not to file case of cr.p.c. 125 ?

she can file 125 crpc.

Although she can file maintenance u/s 125 Cr. PC also but the same shall be considered at the time of delivery of judgement and petitioner can choose to get benefit under one of them.

Both cases can be filed at the same time and some benefits under DV Act may be different than 125 thus benefit of both the petitions shall be available to your wife.
