If some document which was issued by the government official, has already been marked as exhibit in the court and both the parties are not objecting on the veracity of that document, then is it necessary to call the government official in such situation to prove that the document was issued by it. Whether court could do so?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 May 2014
Admitted documents need not be formally proved
