court fee for AR will be separate.

Court fee is different in different States.

Court fee on recovery of money suit will be calculated on the basis of the market value of the property whereas, ancillary relief will be charged in lumpsum for example temporary injunction order not to interfere with the possession of the plaintiff and the court fee will be approx. Rs. 10,000/-, 20.000/- etc.
