Dear Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding formation of Public Ltd
Is it possible to register with SEBI/NSE & issue prospectus for Public Subscribtion once getting the Certificate of Registration?
or.
Is it required (i.e.to register with SEBI/NSE & Issue of Prospectus)any track record?
If track record is required , How Long it is required?

Formation of public co and that too listed on exchanges is not child s play, first form the company than ask these questions.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your reply.I have asked so many company secretary.But they have no idea about it.Because Indian Education system is very funny.Here Practical is different from whatever available in our expert's books.That's why I raised such a Question.
But one of the expert said like Formation of Public co is not child's play. O.K. It may be old man's play. If you know Just let me know the procedure.Otherwise Leave it.

These jobs are done by the company secretary only. It is a child's play for them.
Please dont blame the education system. It is upto you to find out the right person.
I dont know about the quality of the company secretary whom you approached.
If you are really having the need, I can request the company secretary known to me to handle the case. You have to pay the professional charges.
If you want the job to be done pay and use.
Otherwise leave it.
