--> Facts :
1) Land was mortgage by a Construction company (further referred as "A") in 1989.
2) ARC took over as it became NPA (which includes land of A) and ARC Sold it to Person "B" under Sarfaesi Act u/s 13.
--> Instance for below Question:

--> My Questions are.
1) Can i take the portion of the Land which is under existing DP road from "B"? If the Conveyance of "B" includes only Net plot area (Gross - DP Road = Net Plot).
2) What are the approx rates of Kaccha & Pakka TDR (Under DP) for the Locality of Borivali W?
3) Do Conveyance of "A" include its Development Rights?

Contact the Municipal corporation office to know the status whether TDR is already generated and DRC has been issued. The rates depends upon the zone and type of TDR. Engage local council before proceeding.
