Difference between fine by court of law and spot fine.?

Fine by police in the police station is under the fine by Court of law ?? Or not? Actually i don't know is spot fine for any petty case does under the fine by court of law or not?..

Section 200 of the M V Act lays down the offences for which a spot fine is allowed which means the drivere need not visit court.
The violator can pay the fine to the designated official after the respective state governments notify such officers.
Rest of the offences under the MV Act are non-compoundable, which means in all such cases the violator has to visit court to pay challan. In this case state government cannot fix a penalty that’s less than the minimum amount notified by Centre .
On-the-spot fines mean that police and other officials can punish people for a series of offences 'on-the-spot', without legal checks and balances.
The fine by court means:
A fine is the most common form of punishment for an offence given by the criminal courts. The judge will decide how much the fine is and any other costs you must pay including compensation to the victim of your crime.
You must pay the fine by a certain date.

Thank you sir.... understand....The fine done the police and by the court of law is different...the fine which has done by police is spot fine...and the fine or penalty fixed by criminal court is Known as fine by court of law.. I think I have understood... thank you sir...

There is difference,
The fine suggested under Motor Vehicle Act as you know as spot fine is not a fine in deed. it is compromise amount. If you wish so, you can compromise the offense by paying an amount to the Government. The violation of traffic rule is not an offense but a violation of law which can be compromised.
Fine can be imposed by magistrate only and not by any officer of government or other person.
Fine is a punishment which is always after trial.
It is not compulsory to pay the spot challan amount if you do not wish where as you are bound to pay fine else you would be behind bars.

The police officer imposed and collected a fine for petty offences under the provisions of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 are specially authorised by area Magistrate / Government order.
