Periodic transfer of clerk employees working in psu banks

I Would like to get whether pwd employees working in public sector banks are exempted from periodic transfers as i have received a document from department of financial services which provides such kind of information. please help me to know more.No.36035/3/2o9-Estt.(Res) issued from Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions is provided by dept of financial services.

That Circular which you have quoted does not relate to transfer and posting.
Further that circular is only meant for persons working in the Central Govt. departments.

As per the RTI reply recieved from dept of financial services it has been forwarded to all md/ceo of public sector banks for its implementation in their organisation,is there anyway to upload pdf files here ?

The real problem is im a person with muscular disability and as per the information recieved from various sources i came to know that circular mentioned above has been forwarded to all psu banks and there it has been mentioned about exemption from rotational transfers for pwd employees.as i wont be able to work away from my native place i need to know more about this.i have already suffered brain injury due to self fall because of muscluar disorder.

Instead of stating your real problem about transfer, you have stated only about your disability. Please be clear with your real problem. Even your approach with complaint to the Disability Commission may not be fruitful, if you are not facing with any real problem of having been transferred by the management, if not properly represented your case with proof of disability certificate and their response.

I'm sorry experts , fear of previous injury coma and fear of transfers made me to create an account here and post this message . The above mentioned link shows exemption from transfers for pwd employees but my organization isnt following those guidelines issued from financial services so my intention is to know how experts see this situation and to get some idea from experts with experience in dealing with such issues.
