Plz suggest...how to convert my 1 acreagriculture land in industrial land...and hw much charges i hv to pay.....

Land and land revenue is a State subject. Please ascertain the procedure in force in your State.

It possible. to convert but procenural requirements is to fulfill

1. Agriculture Land can be converted to "industrial land", ONLY if the said land is situated in a "industrial zone"

2. Due procedural permission has to be taken from the local collectors office, which involves paying minimum of 50 times the land revenue taxes and other documentations.
