Dear sir,i had registered a plot in the scheme of M.P.Housing Board,in Sept 2006,at that time board published the value of the plot Rs.153000/-
till sept 2010,board did not alloted any plot, while i had deposited all instalments timely,in the Dec 2010,board demanded Rs.153000/-more for allotment, just double of the cast, then i lodged a complaint in the Dist consumer forum, complaint is accepted by the forum, decision is still pending,
i would like to know that in this case am i consumer or not?
how much increased development charges can be charged by any govt.devp authorities,is their any regulation, rule or law?
if you have any decision or citetion of Hon S.P. the please provide me,thanks

Though you are indeed a consumer, for getting the compensation the whole Scheme needs to be perused to determine whether the Board reserves its right to increase the price of the plot later on.
