I HAVE 24 GUNTAS OF LAND NEAR DEVANAHALLI, BENGALURU, I NEED TO CONSTRUCT A HOUSE OF 3000 SFT AND REMAINING LAND I WANT USE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE . WILL I GET APPROVAL FOR HOUSE ? IF SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

1. FOR a "Self-Residential House", Duly apply to the office of the local Town Planning .OR. to the Collector office, with certified copies of the land ownership documents.
