Consent decree registration

while registering the consent decree with the Sub Registrar, whether all the parties named in the compromise deed required to be present to register the consent decree at Sub Registrar's office or only the decree holder is sufficient.

What is the necessity of registering the consent decree. If you want to get enter your name to the properties you got in the compromise decree, you have to file an application before the concerned authorities to enter your name in accordance with the Decree
