Hare I am writing a complaint so please read & guide me about this complain as below query.

As per the Hindu marriage act, Lalit Kumar S/O Brij Mohan reside at Najafgarh New Delhi was solemnized the marriage with Miss. Neetu D/O Naresh reside at Maujpur Shahdara Delhi on 22 Feb, 2011 in appearance of society at Shahdara. The marriage was simple & dowryless after marriage to till date we have never torture her for any kind of goods (dowry).
Preliminary of our married life she had not behaved properly & humiliates to us also disobedience, disloyalty, and non-Cooperative with us as well as her threat me to get suicide, therefore we informed her parents about entire her thinks. Later my in-laws came at my home on 14 April, 2011 & she returned with them.
When I was trying to bringing my wife at my home, my in-laws denied me to sending her & demands the Rs. 15 lakhs against mutual divorce which was refused by me then she filed a complaint in CAW & two cases in domestic court. After that we went to assembly (Panchayat) to resolve this issue after discussion on this matter assembly took decision that she will live with me therefore my in-laws ready to sanding her & she withdrawal all cases.
After amicably settlement Mr. Naresh & his brothers severally came at my home. Mr. Naresh demanded money without any reason when my family denied for the same then they were trying to bringing my wife at her parental home forever but my wife refused to retune therefore he abused & threat us to kill by someone as well as they get suspended my father form his Govt. job with the bogus case; meantime my wife informed us that she was solemnized the marriage under pressure of her parents & earlier they had pressured her to file the bogus cases against us.
Hence, I request to the Police authorities to treat this written as complaint and take appropriate steps and necessary actions against the above named persons. In order to save us from the accused persons at soonest,

Dear Lalit
It is very simple complaint, if you really want to registered a case against them then contact a lawyer and prepared this complaint and submit in PS.

This is not a complaint to be taken into cognizance by police. This is a civil matter and police has no role to play therein. The advice of Nadeem is not understandable in the light of given facts.

Thanks to all experts but last time when I wrote a complaint that was so large therefore expert suggested me to short the complaint & point to point.
If you don’t mind will you informed me about amendment in this complaint for more point hare I am giving the some other information.
Thrice he had tried to register the complain to PS, after the statement of my & investigation, police hasn’t found the base to register the case therefore
Once again I quest you please guide me about this complain as per experts information FIR is possible for treat to kill & extortion accordingly U/S 506 IPC & 383 IPC.

I have already replied you that the contents posted by you, do not constitute the criminal offence of extortion or thread to kill as you want to mold. Police shall do nothing but if you are having such proof then engage a lawyer and file criminal complaint.
