if a listed company has defaulted in repayment, can you approach SEBI/BSE?NSE?

Yes , it has got its own adjudicatory authority and if it fails to deliver then you can invoke the arbitration clause.

Dear Anonymous,

The relationship of any listed company gets regulated by terms of its listing agreement you have not mentioned the type and reason of default and or whether the same is covered within the purview of listing agreement.

Best Regards

Yes of course.

I am sure listing agreement would be uniform for all indian companies. if that so, whether it is mandatory for the company to apprise SEBI or BSE/NSE for its default and litigation if any.
