Compassinate appointment

sir whether compassionate appointment can be given to a second wife whose marriage took place during the currency of the first wife but the first wife is now no longer surviving.

if second marriage has taken place during the contiunance of first marriage the marriage itself would be illegal . no compassionate appointment can be claimed

Under the eye of law the second wife has absolutely no existence.

Yes! second marriage if solemnized while the previous was in existence,the marriage it self is void and nonest in law hence you can not be treated as dependent of the deceased
hence can not be a candidate for compassionate appointment .

No. Such appointment can not be made in favour of alleged second wife. Compassionate appointments are rare which are not available to a void marriage partner.

When the first wife doesnt have any issue, the second wife's son can get under compassionation
