I had given a complain on the net to the commisioner of police by email,do we get any reply,is it considered.
i have not got any reply till now,do they concider such complain,i didnt go to the police
chowky because that psi who is in charge has not given my before statement,so i have made
an 2nd appeal through RTI........i have not got any reply till date the complain was put on
25 sept 2011 and 27 sept 2011 second time..........what should i do

Which City? Are email complaints accepted in this city?

Not all cities are equipped to deal with such complaints.

If PSI is not accepting any complaints, better send it by Registered Post marking copies to all seniors.

In certain cities like Kolkata the Police does acknowledge complaint through e-mail. If your city does not have that facility then lodge complaint with the higher authority of the PS.
That apart the door of the court is always open to do seek redress.

First, you have to check complaint through email is acceptable or not. It would be better send complain regd. AD, in case of not accepting complain by hand.

Else you can file petition u/s 156(3) of crpc as well.

It does not amount to Lodging Complain.
You have to file FIR in your Local Police Station to proceed Police action.
