Committee members denning my rent cheque

Our plot has been under construction since 15 years as per SRA scheme.We have been issued a cheque as a room rent for the temporary occupancy untill the allotment of flats.My room possession and all its relevant documents stands in the name of my grandfather name I got late 3 cheque on my father name But a year ago some issues going with committee members they distribute they rent cheque to all others members but they only stop my cheque and said you can collect directly from builder office. Please help me out.

So they told you to collect the cheque from the builder. You ask the builder, if any problem raises with him also, and you can complain to RERA and the Registrar of CHS of your district.

If you have been directed to collect the cheque in the office, you go collect it, if they don't give then you can plan to initiate legal course of action in furtherance
