Many of us are settled in a decent job or established our law practice to generate regular income duly assessed to Income Taxt authorities. For the benefit of unemployed and under employed advocates and lawyers can anybody share the list of websites where such professionals can login and earn fees for their professional resolving of queries? This would help in a big way to address the financial constraints of thousands of intelligent and tech-savvy law qualified brethren in this country. LCI can also port a link to select young and intelligent law graduates and make them generate taxable professional income.

This is a good proposition to promote a professional lawyer's site wherein information and advice are given at a nominal fee for the benefit of one and all. LCI should attempt such a site. Also this matter may be addressed to Admin LCI for its views and opinion.

Dear sir with due respect your noble idea the peculiar situation in our legal system is that only expereince counts and most of other routine jobs have been taken over by govt from advocates. SARFEASI act , power to co op registrars to issue claim certificates against the borrowers of co op sector or such examples.

If we take it positively Regulations under SARFAESI, Recovery norms, etc have only given more jobs to Advocates to contest for their clients. However, there are number of commercial sites meant for Doctors, CAs, etc wherein Registered users earn good professional income by offering their expert opinion to solve many cases. This would encourage more lawyers to become tech-savvy instead of confining themselves to routine paper work and depending on clerks and support staff to involve in law practice. Internet experience and VIRTUAL exposure would always extract the best out of any professional for that matter. Nothing is given FREE OF COST in this country and everything has its own sanctity values and importance. In this way, a pool of top experts can accrue.

Nothing is given free of cost in this country is correct .But the thing is everybody wants to get every thing in free .

My honest dream is that none of our learned brethren(law graduates) in this country should remain jobless and get attracted to thankless non-professional jobs. If you take all developed countries only Advocates profession is regarded in its highest esteem but unfortunately people earn law degrees to gain political mileage. This must change. Only Internet technology is capable to address this issue to make all brilliant lawyers in this country to extract the best out of their law skills to serve the society at nominal cost for everybody's reach at their own Personal computer. I earnestly request everybody to support me to launch in a big and unique manner so that law skills are never confined to court chambers. Sky is the limit to enhance our knowledge. This could materialize only when it is shared. Please extend this thread with more participation by Seniors and eminent expert advocates listed in the Hall of Fame.
