Sir/Madam,

Can any one guide me about the fee structure of a penal advocate under Co-operative Societies? My queries are –
•For filing execution cases.
•Cases relating to ARCS matters
•Cheque bounce cases
The co-operative society is a private society.Kindly enlighten me in this regard.

It is the prerogative of each advocate and no one can comment on other in this aspect.
