Clarification regards sec357 crpc

D/Law Experts,
I am going to recapitulate one incident that has actually occurred with me.
A lodges false FIR against B u/s 323/324/452/34 IPC.After investigating by police,the same found baseless and cancelled. A again files complaint in the court of law.Again B acquits after four years.No further appeal.
Now B is victim.Can B sue A u/s 357CrPC for some type of claim in the court u/s 399 or 400 or 401 CrPC?

REMEDY AGAINST PROSECUTRIX AFTER ACQUITTAL IS A TORTIOUS SUIT OF MALICIOUS PROSECUTION FOR DAMAGES .
