It is the CIVIL GENERAL RULES which you can go through.in my chamber it is allotted to my clerk.However when you asked i am telling you till appeals every thing survives.After that when records approaches consignment in records room all of first index D then Index C then index B is destroyed.
But index A is always preserved which forms part of parties pleadings order sheet of court the judgement and decree.
