Civil suit records preservation and destroy

Dear Experts please answer my Query,

1) How many years does the civil case bundle will be kept in the Record Room?

2) How to apply for a copy of document, is there any application format for it?

It is the CIVIL GENERAL RULES which you can go through.in my chamber it is allotted to my clerk.However when you asked i am telling you
till appeals every thing survives.After that
when records approaches consignment in records room all of first index D then Index
C then index B is destroyed.

But index A is always preserved which forms
part of parties pleadings order sheet of court the judgement and decree.
