In our RWA a local builder is constructing a 50 yards plot without plan and RWA has filled a complain to mcd, & a copy of the same has also been send to delhi police and LG.
Today we received a letter from the office of Executive Engeneer,MCD stating dat JE inspect the site nd found it locked nd states in his report that ground floor has been built earlier.it means ground floor is old construction nd only renovation work is carrying on d site..
It is therefore request you to pls share expert advice so dat we can stop dat construction.
Can we legally stop a builder to build flat un our area ?
case is related to East Delhi Discrict.

Thanks for tha reply Experts.
actly we got a letter from Offoce of the Executive Engineer EDMC where it stated that JE has visited the site nd found it locked. Also it revealed dat ground floor is a old construction nd no new construction is found.
We are total disagree wid the report because we have many photos of construction site..
Nw my question is Should we go for another complain to EDMC or to have A stay order against dis?
if u advise for stay order dan how can i Get it nd in hum much time?
Nd If u advice for complain den where shoul we file it..I mean to whom or to what designation officer we should approach?
