Chronic litigant for vexatious cases

Sir,

What is the remedy in our Indian Courts for litigant who is bent upon prolonging the case by filing suits and claims on flimsy and untenable grounds.

What is the procedure when the same litigants with money bribes the court clerks for giving long dates. Where should I complaint my grievance.

Please kindly advise me.

The complaint can directly be made to the concerned judge and if solution is arrived at then the Visiting Judge of High Court of that district.

when the case appears on baord before the court draw attention of the Judge to long dates being taken by litigant and request for short dates

You can file an application for expediting the case. Several grounds are available for expediting the case. The long or short dates also depend on your own lawyer. If your lawyer raises written objections on every date, it shall draw the attention of the Judge.
