Sir my self rafath sultana pls slove my problem with your valueable suggestion as i dont no much in legal thread pls consider my case is with shriram chitfund pvt ltd company ordered passed with intrest 18 decretal amount 546000 to be paid i went to high count for instalment and high judgement is monthly 15k to be paid till the enitre decreetal it means what till date i already paid 635000 again there are asing me to in one sum 3lakhs of rupees to fulfull the order it means high court give the judement one sided. the chit company asking to pay in one stroke thn only amount will be clear otherwise it will on years to years
Pls tell me the conclusion to whom i apporach what i need to do.I m totally exuashted kindly help me with your knowledge .pls

What ever the Court had Ordered you should have paid in the Court and if you pay direct such problems would certainly occur.Better Meet a Good Advocate with all the details

Terms and conditions you have signed at the time of taking loan would show the actual ratio/percentage of interest. you may have paid some amount from the interest while actual amount still exists.
In case you make default of your monthly installment there will be a extra charging. you should consult a lawyer; show him all documents alongwith judgment of court so that you are guided properly.

If the court orders not challenged and decided otherwise by the competent court, orders have to be complied with.

High court ordered to pay the entire decretral amount in instalments.as per decree amount which is mention in award copy mention 546000 i paid.neither or nor in the order mention to pay with interest in tht high court order.

Before order thy claim again n again but very clearly mention in award tht actual payment 44000 along with intrest 18%546000 to be paid.tht 546000 in instalment i paid now thy are charging compound interest to me which m not not liable to pay as per d court orders

This lines are mention in award Principal amount is 44000 with 18% future interest,20547 other charges 546000 to be paid or can take from salary movable property.decree awarded 546000.

Yes sir i consult an advocate he said as per the order of honourable high court i need to pay only the decretral amount in instalment every montg 15000 till the date of realization. So i cleared my decretral amount sir.

You can take the help of your advocate or take the help of Legal Services Authority to represent before High Court if the party is demanding more than decree amount. Before that you need to go through the decree as normally interest will accumulate until full payment is made.

Yes krishna mohan the decree amountvis aaded with interest actual amount is 44000 with 18% interest and other charges the sum amount 546000 awarded by the registrar.and i submit the high court order.after the high court ordered ep is closed

we go by what you say. But your counsel if engaged can give you right advise. Court gives time limit for repayment. You are silent on that. Any time over run to be compensated with interest. If your version is true without any interest for instalment, you can pray before same authority for contempt with the help of good legal counsel. Alternatively go for Legal Services authority to help you to settle through conciliation.

As thy claim an and an times to grant future intrest 18% and 6% also.in ep at civil court.
