Chawl wall build by us is used by our neighbour

We are staying in chawl, we have built our house 10 year back so one side of wall is used by our neighbour which was built by us so he has to pay half amount if our neighbour is using same wall but he refused to pay, what next step we should do ??

How can he use the side wall? Is he entering into your house to go to his house?

Sir consider a shape of rectangular for both house in which one side shared by both for lower floor but for 1st floor we have build all walls now my neighbour is again build 1st floor in which one wall is used by him for which we have paid amount.

You can initiate legal action against the neighbor by issuing a legal notice demanding his share and then you can proceed legally against him.

Yes, propriety and equity requires that he should share the expense. However, only a real-time action in law alone can confirm whether the claim is enforceable or otherwise.
